Booking answers. When you book a free workflow diagnosis, you give me your name, email, and your answers to the intake questions — things like your company, your role, the workflow you want to fix, and the tools it touches. You choose what to share. Don't include confidential or regulated details in the free-text fields or any link you attach.

Basic analytics. I use privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages get visited and which links get clicked. It doesn't track you across other websites, and it doesn't build an advertising profile of you.

Booking answers let me prepare for your 15-minute call so it's spent on the answer, not on discovery. Analytics tell me which messages and sources bring the right people here, so I can improve the site.

I don't sell your information or share it for advertising. It's handled by the booking and email tools that run this site, used only to schedule and conduct your call and to reply to you.

Booking answers are kept while we're in contact and for a reasonable period afterward in case you follow up. Analytics are kept in aggregate. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask.
